If I don't notice a difference in a supplement, I don't buy it again, but with this product, I noticed a difference within maybe a week. I've only purchased it once and am almost out (2 scoops left). I'm going to reorder. I notice my skin is more supple and glows. I notice a . . . slight improvement in my hair, which is the only downside. Previously, I'd been on Accutane twice, back in 2010 and again in 2016 (I should have never been on that in the first place and I suffered severe side-effects). After the second time on Acutane, for about a year, my hair was falling out. My hair is better, but not the way it was before accutane. So I'm still on the lookout for a product that really improves hair growth. But the benefits of this product are nice enough, that I'm going to get another container. Perhpas being on it longer, I'll notice more significant improvements in my hair as well.
