    So far so good!

    Great product with no apparent side-effects. Take one capsule twice a day 30 minutes prior to meals. Feeling good so far. No apparent negative side-effects.

    Not sure if it is

    Not sure if it is doing what it says, but no complaints here. Tried putting in my smoothie, but the cayenne pepper is too overwhelming. Taking it by itself is NP though
